Congratulations on taking your first step towards what I call "Responsible Wellness"!

I'm so excited to help you on your journey! I believe the key to true wellness has to first come from within.
We are responsible for our own health.
We all need to be grounded and well-balanced in all aspects of our lives in order to succeed and enjoy life to the fullest.
Once we become aware of and accept this responsibility,
I feel we all can begin the "Journey 2 Healing".
Our body has an innate abillity to heal itself - as long as we take care of it! Instead of turning to a pill to fix our symptoms, we need to get back to basics. We need to slow down and nourish our mind, body and spirit. We need to eat simple, whole organic foods, drink plenty of water, get some kind of exercise (any kind of movement) get outside and enjoy nature, and take a few minutes a day to be grateful for our blessings and to listen to our inner needs.

As a nurse, I see alot of unnecessary illness. As a wellness coach, I would like to help people learn how to take healthcare into their own hands. Don't wait until you are sick and dying to try and do something about your health. Life is too precious of a gift to throw away on careless food choices and excuses!
Start taking steps now to prevent illness:
- Fuel your body with nutrition, not empty calories. - Read food labels - Build lean muscle mass to burn fat. - Eat low glycemic foods every 3 hours
